The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Government of India, has opened online applications for its Pragati Scholarship for Girl Students, Saksham Scholarship for Specially-Abled Students, and Swanath Scholarship for Orphan/Wards of Armed Forces/Parents affected by COVID-19 for the academic year 2025-26. Fresh and renewal applications are now invited through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). Total Scholarship Amount up to Rs.50,000 per annum.
Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in AICTE-approved Degree or Diploma courses.up to two girls per family. For students with disability of 40% or more.
Family income limits, educational qualifications, and other conditions are as per individual scheme guidelines available on AICTE's website.
Age: Generally, applicants must be within the typical age bracket for Degree/Diploma students (17- 24 years); relaxation applies for Saksham and Swanath categories as per AICTE rules.
