IDBI Bank has announced the admission for the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) 2025-26, inviting applications from graduates. Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year training program, including classroom studies, internship, and on-the-job training (OJT). After successful completion, they will be inducted as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’).

About the Recruitment

• No. of Posts: 650 (UR: 260, SC: 100, ST: 54, EWS: 65, OBC: 171, PWD: 26)
• Eligibility: Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. 
• Age Limit: Minimum 20 - 25 years (as of March 1, 2025)
• Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
• Salary and Stipend: During Training: ₹5,000 per month, During Internship: Rs.15,000 per month
• After Joining (CTC): Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh per annum (Class A city)
