To mark the International Day for Biological Diversity (22 May 2025), Climate Cardinals UYC India Chapter is organizing a Global Awareness Quiz on the theme “Biodiversity Begins With You – Harmony with Nature and Sustainable Development.” This quiz aims to ignite reflection, dialogue and personal action among youth around the world. Through thoughtfully designed, real-life scenarios, participants will explore how everyday decisions—from what we eat and buy to how we act in our communities—shape the health of our planet and its biodiversity.
This quiz is not just a set of questions—it’s an invitation to rethink our relationship with nature and rediscover our shared responsibility as global citizens. It’s designed for people from all backgrounds—students, young professionals, rural youth, urban change-makers—who believe that small actions, when rooted in awareness, can lead to big impact. What sets this quiz apart is its relatable content. Rather than testing textbook knowledge, it presents real-world dilemmas and habits that make you pause and think: What would I do? Participants are guided to see themselves not just as consumers, but as caretakers of nature.
Climate Cardinals is a global youth-led nonprofit that translates and spreads climate knowledge to make it accessible across borders and languages. The India Chapter is led by Udaan Youth Club (UYC), an award-winning youth organization known for its impactful grassroots outreach, climate literacy campaigns and inclusive education initiatives. Together, they work to empower young people with the knowledge, mindset and tools needed to lead environmental change at both personal and community levels.
