Details of the Seminar

• When: 28 February 2025- 1 March 2025
• Free Registration
• Eligibility: Applicants must be either:– PhD scholars affiliated with a university in India, or– Assistant Professors affiliated with a university in India
• Travel and Accommodation Support: Paper presenters will receive accommodation and reimbursement of travel expenses, capped at Rs 10,000 or the actual fare, whichever is lower

The Centre for Development Economics (CDE) at the Delhi School of Economics is delighted to announce the Young Scholar Seminar (YSS) 2025, to be held on 28 February and 1 March 2025. This seminar offers a platform for emerging researchers to present their work, engage with peers, and receive valuable feedback from an esteemed academic audience.

We invite submissions from PhD scholars and Assistant Professors affiliated with universities in India to present original research papers in the fields of economics. Priority will be given to scholars who have recently submitted their thesis or are in the final stage of their thesis submission.
