Skills

Pursuing/completing/completed a Master’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Planning, or related disciplines
Demonstrable experience and skills in use of remote sensing software as ERDAS Imagine, ArcMap, QGIS, IDRISI etc. and fluency in working with raster/vector data

KEY TASKS

Literature review on Ecosystem Services Modelling software
Input data preparation required raster and vector layers, information from secondary data sources Ecosystem Services Modelling using a suitable tool, e.g., InVEST, Terrset ES
Modeller etc. Collate and customize data, analyse modelling outputs, interpret results and write reports Any other research tasks assigned by IORA
