DELNET connects nearly 9400 institutions in India and outside including leading IITs, NITs, IIMs, Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics, Management Institutions, Arts and Science Colleges, Medical Hospitals, R&D organisations, etc. It provides access to more than 4.1 crore records of books, journal articles through its Discovery Portal. Also it provides access to nearly 1.6 Crore full-text e-books, e-journals, e-articles, etc through its Knowledge Gainer portal. The access to DELNET can be made through login/password as well as through IP range.
