Graduate (Engineering) Apprentice Trainee 

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is inviting applications for the engagement of Graduate Apprentice Trainees in Engineering disciplines under the Apprentices Act, 1961. 

Details of the Recruitment

• Apprenticeship duration: 1 year

Eligibility: Graduated in Engineering in or after April 1, 2022, in the relevant disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT). They must be registered and approved on the NATS 2.0 portal by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). Graduates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• Age: 18 to 25 years (as on 30-05-2025).
• (Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, 10 years for PwBD).
• Salary/Stipend: Total Monthly Stipend: Rs.25,000.

Selection Procedure: 

• No written exam. Selection is based on merit and interview.
