Dr Jordan Lazell is a Lecturer in Marketing and Director of Student Recruitment at Essex Business School, University of Essex. His research explores food waste, examining consumer behaviours as well as the operational and retail practices of businesses and voluntary sector organisations. He has a particular interest in surplus food supply chains and their role in supporting community organisations tackling food poverty. Dr Lazell has also undertaken research on sustainability topics, including the Circular and Convivial Economy.
