RMS 2025-26 Wheat Procurement at MSP Quiz is being organized by the Department of Food and Public Distribution in collaboration with MyGov as part of the Rabi Marketing Season(RMS) 2025-26 campaign. The objective of the quiz is to educate the public about the various benefits of selling Rabi crops to Government-authorised agencies at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). Through the MyGov platform, this initiative aims to familiarise citizens with the Wheat Procurement Process. The quiz will cover important topics such as the significance of MSP, the procurement process, and the benefits for farmers.

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Participants from all over the Country and of all citizens of India are eligible to enter the quiz./ पूरे देश से तथा भारत के सभी नागरिक इस क्विज़ में भाग लेने के लिए पात्र हैं।
• 2. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 180 seconds. / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों के उत्तर 180 सेकंड में देने होते है।
• 3. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी “स्टार्ट क्विज़” बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।
• 4. Performance in the quiz will be evaluated based on “Maximum Correct Answers in the Shortest Time”, determined electronically. Thus, in case of a tie(s), the participant who completed the Quiz at the earliest shall be considered the best performer. / क्विज़ में प्रदर्शन का मूल्यांकन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप से निर्धारित “कम से कम समय में अधिकतम सही उत्तर” के आधार पर किया जाएगा। इस प्रकार, बराबरी की स्थिति में, जिस प्रतिभागी ने क्विज़ को जल्द से जल्द पूरा कर लिया है, उसे सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रतिभागी माना जाएगा।
• 5. The participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. By submitting the contact details, participants consent that the contact information can be used for the quiz. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता प्रदान करना आवश्यक होगा। संपर्क विवरण जमा करके, प्रतिभागी सहमति देते हैं कि संपर्क जानकारी का उपयोग क्विज़ के लिए किया जा सकता है।
• 6. Once submitted, an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद, कोई भी प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती।
• 7. Participant can submit the quiz only once. / एक प्रतियोगी केवल एक बार ही भाग ले सकता है।
• 8. Organisers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organiser’s reasonable control. Please note: Proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन प्रविष्टियों के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से, अधूरी हैं, या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण प्रसारित नहीं हुई हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें: प्रविष्टि जमा करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
• 9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
• 10. The participant will abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the quiz. / प्रतिभागी को क्विज़ में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों का पालन करना होगा।
• 11. The organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant is detrimental to the quiz, the organisers, or any partners of the quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the organisers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous. / यदि आयोजकों को लगता है कि किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या जुड़ाव क्विज़, आयोजकों या क्विज़ के किसी भी भागीदार के लिए हानिकारक है, तो किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भागीदारी से इनकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।
• 12. The organisers’ decision on the quiz will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार दर्ज नहीं किया जाएगा।
• 13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and its territories. / ये नियम और शर्तें भारत और उसके क्षेत्रों के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
• 14. By entering the quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned above. / क्विज़ में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और उनसे सहमत होता है। 
• 15. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / इस प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली न्यायालय क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत आएंगी, और इस संबंध में होने वाले सभी खर्च प्रतिभागियों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
