On the occasion of World Skill Day, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with MyGov is hosting a quiz competition to highlight the achievements, milestones and impact of the Ministry over the past twelve years. The quiz may serve as an awareness-building exercise to familiarize citizens with the evolution of the Skill India Mission, key reforms, flagship initiatives and the Ministry’s contribution to India’s skilling ecosystem.

Terms and Conditions

1. Quiz is open for all Indian Citizens.

2. Quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Play Quiz’.

3. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted.

4. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking.

5. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process.

6. The winner selection process is fully system-driven and conducted digitally. Participants are ranked based on their scores, with those achieving the highest marks in the shortest time being selected as winners. In cases where multiple participants obtain the same score and complete the quiz in the same amount of time, the system automatically applies a randomization process to determine the final ranking among those participants. No manual intervention is involved at any stage of the winner selection process, ensuring complete transparency and fairness.

7. The participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since the Department/ Ministry would use this for further communication. Non-furnishing of the information at the appropriate stage will render the selection null and void.

8. Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/malpractices, including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc., during the participation in the quiz, will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.

9. Employees, directly or indirectly connected with organizing the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & MyGov reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time or cancel the competition as considered.

11. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.

12. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.

13. By participating in the quiz, the participant accepts the above-mentioned terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them, including any amendments or future updates

14. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is India’s main agency for enforcing drug laws. It works under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and is responsible for controlling drug trafficking and abuse as per the NDPS Act, 1985. In recent years, with both national and international challenges rising, NCB’s role in dealing with drug-related matters has become even more important.

This quiz is an effort by NCB, with guidance from the Ministry of Home Affairs , in collaboration with MyGov to spread wide awareness about drug trafficking, illegal cultivation, storage, and abuse. The aim is to involve everyone including youth, students, women, educational institutions, and the larger community, so that people get the right knowledge and the confidence to fight against drugs.

Since the launch of the MANAS Helpline 1933, and its integration with the Anti-Narcotics Task Forces (ANTF) of all States and Union Territories, discussions on how to stop drug trafficking and abuse have reached schools, colleges, community spaces, and even online platforms like social media. These talks are helping people say “no” to drugs, and those who are struggling are now seeking counselling and rehabilitation.

2. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens / क्विज़ में एंट्री सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।

3. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 2 minutes (120 seconds) / यह एक टाइम्ड क्विज़ है जिसमें 10 सवालों के जवाब 2 मिनट (120 सेकंड) में देने होंगे।

4. These questions will be based on the scope of the Narcotics Control Bureau’s area of focus / ये सवाल नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो के फोकस एरिया के स्कोप पर आधारित होंगे।5. 6. The Winners Selection will be conducted through a system-generated randomization method to ensure fairness and transparency. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz / ऑर्गनाइज़र किसी भी पार्टिसिपेंट को डिसक्वालिफ़ाई करने या हिस्सा लेने से मना करने का पूरा अधिकार रखते हैं, अगर उन्हें लगता है कि किसी पार्टिसिपेंट का हिस्सा लेना या उससे जुड़ना क्विज़ या ऑर्गनाइज़र या क्विज़ के पार्टनर के लिए नुकसानदायक है। अगर ऑर्गनाइज़र को मिली जानकारी पढ़ने लायक नहीं, अधूरी, खराब, झूठी या गलत है, तो रजिस्ट्रेशन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

As part of the Independence Day Celebrations 2026, the Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with MyGov, proudly presents an engaging Online Quiz Series aimed at deepening citizens’ understanding of India’s democratic foundations, freedom struggle, scientific achievements, and strategic capabilities.

About the Competition

• Number of Questions: 20
• Duration: 300 Seconds
• Rewards: Cash Prizes and E Certificates

Salient features:

1. Each of the quiz will be in bilingual format i.e. in Hindi and English.

2. Duration of each of the quiz will be 5 minutes (300 seconds), during which a maximum of 20 questions can be answered.

3. Winners of the contest will be announced on the basis of combined performance in all the above quizzes. However, participants will be allowed in all the above quizzes without round-wise elimination.

4. Top three short listed winners will be awarded prize money of Rs. 15,000/- each.

5. There will be Twenty (20) Consolation Prizes of ₹5000/- each.

6. Top 200 participants along with one companion (spouse/guardian/relative etc.) would be issued e-invitation from Ministry of Defence to witness Independence Day Celebration to be held on 15th August, 2026 at Red Fort, Delhi.

7. All participants to the Quiz will get an online generated certificate of participation by MyGov.in.

Terms and Conditions

1. All Indian Citizens can participate in the quiz.

2. The criteria for selection of successful winners will be “Maximum Correct Answers” collectively in all the four quizzes, subject to the stipulation of 20 questions attempt and 05 minutes’ duration in each of the quizzes.

3. An individual is permitted to participate only once in each of the quizzes.

4. Top 200 participants would be issued e-invitation from Ministry of Defence for witnessing Independence Day Ceremony-2026 at Red Fort, Delhi along with one companion (guardian/ spouse/relative etc.)/

5. The top 200 participants, selected for issuing e-invitation for Independence Day Celebrations-2026 at Red Fort, Delhi are requested to provide mandatory details in respect of self and one companion (guardian/ spouse/relative etc.)/

6. Participant will, therefore, require to provide only valid e-mail & mobile as further correspondence, if any, seeking the details for issuing e-Invitation & payment of winning prize will only be made via e-mail. Therefore, participant is requested to keep regular watch on his/her e-mail.

7. One mobile number & one email ID cannot be used by more than one participant for one quiz at a time.

8. On receipt of e-mail or call from Ministry of Defence cash prize winners will require to submit requisite documents for releasing winning prize/payment viz. ID proof & Bank Details, copy of cancelled cheque etc

9. It may be noted that all the expenses related to travel, lodging, food etc. to visit Delhi for witnessing Independence Day Ceremony at Red Fort, Delhi on 15th August, 2026 will be borne by the individual himself/herself.

10. However, traveling in Delhi Metro toward to & fro journey for witnessing the Parade will be free of charge on showing e-invitation at any of Delhi Metro Station.

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2026, celebrated globally every year on 5 June, the Forest Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, is organizing an online quiz on the MyGov platform. The objective of this quiz is to promote awareness among citizens, youth, and students about environmental conservation, climate action, and sustainable development. Along with the vision of Mission LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment) given by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, continuous efforts are being undertaken under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav to promote water conservation, tree plantation, biodiversity conservation, and green development in Madhya Pradesh. Aligned with the United Nations theme for World Environment Day 2026 -“Inspired by Nature. For the Climate. For Our Future.” – the quiz covers important topics related to environmental protection, climate change, nature-based solutions, and Madhya Pradesh’s biodiversity, wildlife, national parks, and green initiatives. The quiz aims not only to test participants’ knowledge but also to inspire them to become environmentally responsible citizens and contribute towards building a greener and more sustainable future.

Young people and communities across the world are being invited to participate in the “Nature Needs You” Global Awareness Quiz organized by Climate Cardinals – UYC India Chapter. The quiz has been launched ahead of World Environment Day 2026 and is open to participants from all countries and age groups.
