Minimum Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or equivalent in relevant discipline with First Class in prior degrees
• Outstanding academic record with proven track in teaching and publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals

Experience Requirements:

• Professor: 10+ years, including 4 years at Associate Professor level
• Associate Professor: 6+ years, with 3 years as
• Assistant Professor-  Assistant Professor (Grade I): Minimum 3 years
• Assistant Professor (Grade II): Up to 3 years

Pay Structure (7th CPC):

• Professor: Level 14A (Starting 1,59,100 + allowances)
• Associate Professor: Level 13A2 (Starting ₹1,39,600 + allowances)
• Assistant Professor Grade I: Level 12/13A1
• Assistant Professor Grade II: Level 10/11
