Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University (IIT BHU), Varanasi is inviting applications for filling up the following posts in various departments on contractual basis.

• 2. Associate Project Scientist- 01
• 3. Lab Technician 01
• 4. Lab Attendant -01

Eligibility: Candidates should have passed TENTH, ITI, B.Tech, PG in the relevant department with at least 55% marks as per the posts and should have qualified in NET, GATE.

Maximum age limit: 40 years.

Salary: Junior Research Fellow Rs. 37,000 per month. Associate Project Scientist Rs. 37,000. . Lab Technician Rs. 16,000. Lab Attendant Rs. 10,000.
